THE DAUPHINE APARTMENTS

A blighted and abandoned property for 8 years following Hurricane Katrina, this early project defined for me the potential of urban infill and the use of reclaimed materials. This property was brought back to life with the guidance of Bastion Developments, in order to provide local residents with a healthy, beautiful and affordable place to call home. Floor plans were designed to maximize use of space and natural light, all storm water and ac drain lines were collected for irrigation of all landscaping on the property and solar hot water heaters were installed for the communal laundry.
